In order to ensure a smooth transition in services, EDPM would do the following:

- Determine specific drug and alcohol testing needs
- Coordinate account and employer drug testing set-up
- Begin employee drug testing
- Monitor and evaluate drug and alcohol testing program
- Report evaluation outcomes
Quality Assurance Program - Monitor and proactively strengthen all facets of our drug testing services management program, from our drug screen collection site network to the MRO review process.
Drug Testing Policy Development – Manage drug testing implementation with EDPM’s extensive knowledge of the regulations governing drug and alcohol testing which serves as an excellent resource when developing, modifying or consolidating company-specific policies.
DOT Compliance – Make sure that all clients are aware of updated DOT rulings before rulings are implemented.
Drug-Free Workplace Compliant – Several states and insurance carriers offer financial incentives for developing and maintaining a “Drug-Free Workplace” – these programs typically have very specific drug testing and substance abuse training requirements. EDPM assists our clients in navigating through these requirements and maximizing the financial and other benefits of being compliant
